Welcome! I'm Alisa, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #22768) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #11246472) and I'm here to support you on your journey toward a better life. I specialize in counselling for teens, young adults up to 45, parents, and families, Through a diverse and rewarding career in clinical counselling, youth work, and special education I've supported hundreds of clients to grow and live their best lives. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, or ADHD and Autism, I'm dedicated to helping you thrive.

In our sessions, you'll find a safe, judgment-free space where we can explore your challenges and chart a path forward together. From our very first session, we'll work collaboratively to identify practical steps to cope, find relief, and envision a future where these struggles no longer define you.

Counselling is a journey of self-discovery, and I'm here to accompany you every step of the way. With over thirty years of experience in special education, youth work, and counselling, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice.

My educational background includes a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology with Distinction, a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care, and a Diploma in Community Support Work. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of building impactful alliances with hundreds of young people and their families for the past thirty years.

Your journey towards wellness starts here. In our sessions, we'll create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we'll uncover your strengths, skills, and resiliencies, and develop actionable steps to help you achieve your goals.

I believe in the power of genuine connection and meaningful conversations. As your therapist, I'll provide empathy, encouragement, and gentle challenges to guide you on your journey towards healing and positive change.
